These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of sldbkbike.com, including purchases of SLDBK electric bikes, electric dirt bikes, accessories, parts, and related services. “SLDBK,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Shenzhen ShengLilu E-Commerce Co., Ltd., trading under the SLDBK brand.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell products and services. Shopify is not the seller of SLDBK products and is not a party to a purchase contract between you and SLDBK.
By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated below. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
Policies Incorporated Into These Terms
The following policies form part of these Terms. If a subject is addressed more specifically in one of these policies, that policy controls for that subject.
1. Eligibility & Acceptable Store Use
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you place an order for another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
You must not use the website or its content to:
- Violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or third-party rights;
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information;
- Introduce malware, interfere with security, or attempt unauthorized access;
- Scrape, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit website content without written permission;
- Use SLDBK products or services to facilitate illegal activity.
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, another published policy, or applicable law has been violated.
2. Orders, Payment & Contract Formation
Order submission and acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. A purchase contract is formed when we accept the order and begin fulfillment, subject to mandatory law.
Payment authorization
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by Shopify or other authorized third-party providers. We do not directly store complete card details. Installment and Buy Now, Pay Later services are also subject to the provider’s separate terms and eligibility decisions.
Verification and order limits
We may request identity, billing, address, or payment verification. We may refuse, hold, limit, or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing error, sanctions risk, payment failure, or policy abuse. If we cancel an accepted paid order, we will issue the appropriate refund in accordance with applicable law and our policies.
Customer information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and for reviewing the order before payment. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible and can result in carrier fees under our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Prices, Promotions, Taxes & Availability
Prices, promotions, discount codes, specifications, and availability may change before an order is accepted. Discounts have no cash value, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and may be restricted by product, market, customer, or date.
Taxes, duties, delivery charges, and other fees shown at checkout depend on the destination and order configuration. Additional import or local charges may apply where expressly described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy or required by the destination authority.
If a material pricing, specification, or inventory error affects an order, we may contact you to confirm a correction or cancel and refund the affected item. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Product Information & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility information, and stock status accurate. Screens, lighting, production batches, and continuing product improvements can cause minor differences that do not materially affect function.
Performance figures—including speed, range, charging time, payload, and hill-climbing capability—are estimates based on stated test conditions. Actual results vary with rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire pressure, riding mode, speed, maintenance, battery condition, wind, and other factors.
Parts and accessories must be checked for model, voltage, connector, size, and regional compatibility before purchase or installation. Contact us before ordering if compatibility is uncertain.
5. High-Performance Vehicle Safety & Local Law
Some SLDBK products are high-power off-road vehicles and may not qualify as conventional Class 1, Class 2, or Class 3 electric bicycles. A product’s availability for purchase does not mean that it is lawful for every road, cycle path, park, trail, or public area.
- You are responsible for checking age, licensing, registration, insurance, helmet, speed, power, equipment, and riding-location rules before use;
- Use appropriate protective equipment and supervise minors as required by law;
- Inspect brakes, tires, fasteners, controls, battery, charger, and safety equipment before riding;
- Do not operate a product while impaired, in unsafe conditions, or beyond your ability;
- Follow the manual, safety labels, maintenance intervals, and all lawful instructions.
Dealers, resellers, and commercial buyers are responsible for any additional local certification, disclosure, registration, service, and resale obligations.
LITHIUM-ION BATTERY AND MODIFICATION WARNING
Use only an approved, compatible charger and follow the manual for charging, storage, transport, inspection, and disposal. Stop using and isolate the product safely if a battery is damaged, swollen, leaking, overheating, emitting an unusual odor, or involved in an impact. Do not open, puncture, short-circuit, bypass, hot-wire, reprogram, or modify the battery, controller, motor, charger, wiring, speed settings, or safety systems. Unauthorized modifications can cause loss of control, fire, electric shock, property damage, serious injury, or death and may void warranty coverage to the extent permitted by law.
6. Delivery, Cancellation, Returns & Warranty
Processing times, delivery estimates, address restrictions, freight procedures, and damage-reporting requirements are stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless applicable law or a written agreement says otherwise.
Order cancellation, refusal of delivery, returns, restocking deductions, inspections, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Warranty eligibility and remedies are governed by our Warranty Policy.
7. Third-Party Services & Links
The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, installment providers, carriers, tracking services, review platforms, maps, social networks, and applications. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. To the extent permitted by law, SLDBK is not responsible for third-party websites, decisions, outages, content, or services that we do not control.
8. Reviews, Submissions & User Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, suggestion, or other content directly to SLDBK, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
You grant SLDBK a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute the submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting SLDBK and its products. Where reasonably possible, you may ask us to stop future promotional use by contacting us; removal from materials already produced or from third-party reposts may not always be possible.
Merely tagging SLDBK on social media does not transfer ownership of your content. We may contact you to request permission before using content beyond ordinary platform features such as sharing or reposting.
9. Intellectual Property
The SLDBK name, logos, product artwork, photographs, videos, manuals, graphics, page designs, copy, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to SLDBK and are protected by applicable laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and product support. No commercial reproduction, modification, distribution, resale, or creation of derivative materials is permitted without prior written authorization.
10. Errors, Website Availability & Changes
We may correct errors, update content, change features, or suspend portions of the website when reasonably necessary. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updated date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that rule, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SLDBK is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from website use, third-party services, or product misuse.
Product-related exclusions do not apply to loss caused by a defect, negligence, breach, or other matter for which liability cannot legally be excluded. Safety warnings do not remove responsibilities imposed on manufacturers or sellers by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify SLDBK against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, unauthorized commercial exploitation of our content, or intentional misuse or unlawful modification of a product. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by SLDBK.
13. Suspension & Termination
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, prevent fraud or security threats, comply with law, or address a material breach. Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution, and other terms that by nature should survive will remain effective.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and transactions with SLDBK are governed by the laws applicable to Shenzhen ShengLilu E-Commerce Co., Ltd. and the transaction, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or rights available under the laws of their habitual residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@sldbkbike.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be brought before a court or consumer-dispute body with jurisdiction under applicable law. We do not require consumers to waive rights to collective remedies, statutory forums, or mandatory protections where such waivers are prohibited or unenforceable.
15. General Provisions
Severability: If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
No waiver: A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our consent. We may transfer ours as part of a lawful restructuring, sale, or service arrangement, provided consumer rights are not reduced.
Entire agreement: These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated above constitute the agreement governing website use and purchases, except for additional written terms accepted for a specific transaction.
